Perimenopause shouldn't make your life smaller.

You're not ready to start slowing down. But your body just isn't keeping up like it used to.

You're exhausted by mid-afternoon. Wide awake at 3am. Anxious for no obvious reason.

And wondering why everything suddenly feels harder than it should.

Because your body has changed — and what it needs from you has changed too.

I work with women through perimenopause to understand what's changed

in their body, what it needs now, and how to have the energy and strength

for everything they still want to do.

Somewhere along the way,

you've started saying no to your own life.

You're already thinking about your second coffee while you're drinking your first.

You agree to dinner on Saturday — then spend the rest of the week secretly hoping they'll cancel because the thought of getting dressed, making conversation and staying out past 9pm already feels exhausting.

You used to be the woman who could fit more into a day than most people managed in a week. Now you're looking at the clock at 3pm wondering how you're going to get through dinner, the dog walk and everything else that still needs doing.

You keep saying you'll get back to exercising. Book the weekend away. See your friends more. Start that thing you've been talking about for months.

But by the time you've done everything you have to do, there's very little of you left for the things you actually want to do.

And that's the bit that really gets to you.

You don't want to spend your weekends recovering from the week.

You don't want to keep saying no to things you'd normally enjoy because you're too shattered to face them.

You don't want to have to think about how tired you're going to be before you decide whether to do something.

You just want to get on with your life — and actually enjoy it.

Because you don't want to look back and realise you spent these years just trying to get through them.

What I Do Differently

I don't believe you need another quick fix.

By the time most women come to me, they've already tried plenty.

Supplements. Fasting. Cutting carbs. Increasing protein. Exercising more. Exercising less. The latest advice on cortisol, sleep or blood sugar.

Maybe you've started HRT and it's helped with some things — but you still don't feel quite like yourself.

Your symptoms aren't separate problems. They're connected.

So rather than chasing one symptom at a time, I help you step back and look at the bigger picture — what's changed in your body, what your symptoms are telling us, and where you need to focus first.

It's not about doing more. It's about knowing what will make the biggest difference for you — and making it work in your actual life.

This is how I can help

This Is What Can Change

Ready to stop figuring this out on your own?

You don't need another list of things you should be doing.

You need to know what will actually make a difference to how you feel — and where to start.

The Perimenopause Protocol is my 12-week programme to help you get there, with personalised support and someone alongside you every step of the way.

Hi, I'm Joanna!

Menopause coach, women’s health specialist, Pilates teacher — and a perimenopausal woman who wanted to understand why her own body suddenly stopped playing by the old rules.

When perimenopause hit me, I did what I always do when something doesn't make sense: I wanted to know why.

That curiosity led me to specialise in menopause and women's health — and shaped the way I work with women today.

I'm practical. I like things to make sense. And I'm far more interested in what will actually work in your life than giving you a perfect plan you'll abandon by Thursday.

Because I don't want perimenopause to become the reason you stop doing things.

I want you to feel good enough to get on with your life — and enjoy it.
